Are you a family member/spouse/partner/friend caring for someone living with dementia?

This FREE nature-based support programme will help you find ways to cope with issues, including anxiety and depression. It will provide you with activities, techniques and information to help you look after your own health.

Why not come along to this INTRODUCTORY SESSION and find out more about it?  We will work together to create a programme that will support your needs.

As part of the group you'll find value in sharing experiences, support and ideas too. We will provide all materials needed.

If you join the programme, it will run for 9 x 2 hour sessions  and will be a mixture of indoor and outdoor sessions. To find out more call Wendy at Sensory Trust on 01726 222900 or email her:  wbrewin@sensorytrust.org.uk.    Feel free to leave a message if it's before 9am or after 5pm and we'll get back to you.
