Exeter-based Littledart Fulfilment has been named one of eleven winners in the Sage Small Business XI, securing £4,000 in funding to support its growth and development.

The award, launched by Sage, the Official Accounting Software Partner of cricket’s The Hundred, recognises inspiring small businesses across the UK. National law firm, Foot Anstey LLP, has advised the management team at Leeds-headquartered ERS Transition, trading as ERS Medical, on its acquisition by Surrey-based E-zec Medical Transport Services, which is a portfolio company of Cairngorm Capital.

Fin takes his apprenticeship to the next level by completing a bachelor’s degree with housing association, LiveWest.

Fin Walker, from Exeter, arrived at LiveWest as a 16-year-old eager to pursue a career in the construction industry and train as quantity surveyor.

He enrolled on a two-year course at Exeter College where he studied Construction Contracting Operations to a Level 3.
