More than £3 million of Pothole Action Funding is to be used to fund over 250 road repair schemes across Devon.

Devon County Council has announced the roads which will be repaired using its £3.192 million allocation from the government. Most of the work will be patching, but resurfacing work will also be carried out. The theatre opened on the 2nd November 1967 with a production of The Merchant of Venice, starring its first Artistic Director, Tony Church.

Climate change is already a significant public health issue and a looming global health emergency, new research shows.

The findings, outlined in The Lancet medical journal, demonstrate the various ways climate change is already affecting the health of people across the planet.

Leading doctors, academics and policy professionals from 24 organisations – including the University of Exeter – worked on the report.
