Accountancy firm Simpkins Edwards has announced two significant promotions within its Exeter and Holsworthy teams.

Exeter-based healthcare specialist Kelly Derham Nester has been promoted from Senior Manager to Director. She joined Simpkins Edwards in 2024 with a strong track record in the healthcare sector, having worked within it since the start of her accounting career in 2012.

Kelly works closely with medical practice teams on internal finance matters and supports GP partners with personal tax and NHS pension matters.

Hampton by Hilton Exeter Airport has opened its new 40-bedroom extension, and now offers 160 rooms to guests.

Norlin Hotels who own and manage this busy and friendly, modern hotel have invested over £3.5million in the extension and refurbishment of the property.
