Exeter-based employment lawyer joins Westbank Community Health and Care’s Board of Trustees

The Devon-wide health and wellbeing charity, Westbank Community Health and Care, is delighted to welcome lawyer Henry Cross as its newest Trustee. Henry is a Senior Associate at Michelmores, specialising in employment law.

A father-of-two from Exeter, Henry already had a broad awareness of the charity when he met Westbank’s Head of Carers Services, Andy Hood, at a networking event a few years ago. Mat Cole, director of Dartmoor Farmers Association (DFA), scooped gold in the ‘sheep innovator’ category at the awards event held at the National Conference Centre, Birmingham.

Details have been unveiled of the new employer support service which is due to be launched by Devon County Council next year.

Plans for the new “Be Ready” Employer Service Hub have today (Tuesday 12 November) been announced in support of Purple Tuesday, an international call to action aiming to change the customer experience for disabled people.
