A Redrow site manager at St Michael's Meadow has won a top national award for the quality of the homes they’re building in Exeter.

Roy Taylor has won a Pride in the Job award from the National House Building Council (NHBC) for the second consecutive year. Stagecoach, the country’s biggest bus and coach operator, is marking National Inclusion Week with new diversity and inclusion targets that will boost the number of females within its leadership team and create a more ethnically diverse workforce.

The new commitments come as part of the company’s recently published sustainability strategy Driving Net Zero: Better Places to Live and Work, targeting 40% of females in leadership roles and ensuring that 25% of the wider workforce is made up of ethnic minorities by 2026.

Amazon has announced it is hiring for 20,000 seasonal positions across its UK network of fulfilment centres, sortation centres and delivery stations during the festive season, including more than 80 in the Exeter delivery station.
