Detectives from Titan, the North-west regional organised crime unit, are appealing for the public’s help in tracing a Manchester man who they want to speak to as part of an investigation into a drugs conspiracy.
Glenn Phillip Madden (pictured) has links to the Salford, Stretford, Swinton and Urmston areas of Greater Manchester as well as West Yorkshire and Devon and Cornwall.
Officers want to speak to the 36-year-old as they believe he may have information that could help their investigation.

The British Heart Foundation (BHF) is encouraging smokers in Exeter to visit their local stop smoking services ahead of this year’s No Smoking Day on 11 March.
