First trains arrive at Newcourt Station

The first service to arrive at the station was from Exeter St David’s, pulling up at 05:56, followed by a train from Exmouth, which arrived at 06:29.

Devon County Council has worked closely with the Department for Transport, Network Rail and First Great Western on the £2.2 million scheme, which has developed a complete new station facility over the past eight months.

Devon County Council's fostering service is asking local residents to make a connection to fostering as part of Foster Care Fortnight 2015, to raise awareness of the need to recruit more foster carers.

The Festival takes place on the 16th, 17th and 18th July in St. Margaret’s Church, Topsham.

We will be open from 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. on the Thursday and Friday and until 5.00 p.m. on the Saturday.

The funds raised this year will be shared between St. Margaret’s Church, Action on Hearing Loss and the Exeter Royal Academy for the Deaf.
