Police are seeking witnesses to a robbery which occurred between 8am and 9am on Sunday 16th October 2016 in South Street in Exeter.
The victim was a 68-year-old woman from Newton Abbot.
Detective Sergeant David Lewandowski said: "The incident happened outside the Wetherspoons George’s Meeting House pub. The victim was approached by a man who at first made a grab for her dog, which was not harmed, and then snatched her white purse containing £15 in cash.

Transport Secretary Chris Grayling MP visited Exeter’s Science Park on Thursday (yesterday) and announced £4.5 million of funding to enable Devon County Council to complete the Tithebarn Link Road.
The money, from Highways England’s Housing and Growth Fund, will help deliver the remainder of the Tithebarn Link Road and a new pedestrian / cycle bridge across the M5, adjacent to Tithebarn Lane bridge. Both projects are planned for completion by March 2018.

Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious collision that left one man in hospital with injuries.
Police were called at 10.30am on Thursday 20 October after reports of a two-vehicle collision having occurred on the A38 Southbound at Kennford, near Exeter.
Both North and Southbound carriageways were closed to facilitate the landing of the Air Ambulance. Northbound was opened shortly afterwards as was lane one, Southbound.
