Large infrastructure investment and a focus on carbon reduction will contribute towards Exeter having the fastest economic growth at the point when the UK emerges from recession, says a new study by law firm Irwin Mitchell.

TRUSTEES and Committee Members working hard behind the scenes are proud to announce that Exeter Pride will be returning on Saturday, May 13, 2023.

Exeter Pride is one of the South West's biggest celebrations of the LGBTQ+ community, and one of the biggest free Pride events in the country.

Devon Tesco shoppers have been their most generous ever in support of foodbanks and local charities, helping to make it a record-breaking year.

The total amount of food donated by Tesco shoppers to the Trussell Trust and FareShare during 2022 was equivalent of 12.5 million meals – 271,589 of which came from Devon.

The donations to the Trussell Trust help food banks to provide emergency food parcels to people in crisis, while donations to FareShare support frontline community charities. Tesco has also topped up all customer donations during the collection by 20% in cash,...

Exeter bus passengers treated to live carols and a visit from Santa

On Wednesday 14th December, passengers travelling through Exeter City Centre’s Bus Station were treated to a live Carol Concert as part of the Stagecoach South West ‘It’s Christmas’ event.
