Claire Humphries has never looked back since swapping a frying pan for a toolkit on as she realises her dream to become an electrician.

Having worked as a chef for the last 20 years, Claire worked on private yachts in Florida, the Bahamas and the Caribbean and, in the off season, on luxury barges in France.

As the February half term draws closer, families are being reminded that they can save up to £2,000 a year on childcare costs with Tax-Free Childcare.

£1.76 million from European Research Council to help make antibiotics more effective

A major boost of £1.76million will fund research designed to stop antibiotics failing, to help mitigate the rising threat of antibiotic resistance.

Rockefeller Productions have announced the principle cast for their musical stage adaptation of Disney’s Winnie the Pooh , which runs at Exeter Northcott Theatre between 22 – 23 August.

A PACK of pawfect pups charmed visitors at Specsavers Exeter as part of a week-long series of celebrations.

The store was marking 20 years of audiology care, with Hearing Dogs for Deaf People playing a key role in the party-like proceedings.
