Motorists parking in Exeter City Council pay and display car parks are being advised that facilities to pay by credit card are not currently working.

A number of residents, some elderly, have been approached this week by a number of men with Birmingham accents.

Molly Batchelor, a student at Exeter’s Maynard School, and her crew returned from last weekend’s Junior Inter Regional Rowing Regatta in Nottingham on the crest of a wave having been placed 5th nationally.
