Rockbeare Manor offers select dates to the public for dining and overnight stays

Do you fancy a last minute treat before Christmas? How about a delicious meal, or an overnight stay at stunning Rockbeare Manor, just outside Exeter?

Better known as an exclusive wedding venue, the team at Rockbeare have opened its doors to offer quality dining and overnight stays to the public for the first time in its 260-year history.

And there are a few remaining dates this month and in January.

After last year’s success, this year’s Jolly Good Jaunt will be held on the morning of Sunday 29th October. It is a 7.5-mile sponsored walk from the Deer Park Country House Hotel through the breath-taking beauty of the autumnal East Devon countryside.

Allyson Fitzgerald and her daughter Emily took part in the Jolly Good Jaunt for the first time, last year. Her husband Mick had been cared for by Hospiscare before he passed away in 2013.

Sidmouth’s Manor Pavilion Theatre is unveiling its unique Summer Play Season line-up at a special launch night on Thursday May 25.
