Started in 1983 the Exeter & District Scout & Guide Gang Show return after a years break to the Exeter Barnfield Theatre with their 31st variety show.

With a cast of over 50 Cubs, Brownies, Scouts, Guides, Explorer Scouts, Rangers and Leaders will be taking to the stage, in a show packed with songs, dance, comedy and celebration that all the family will enjoy.

Featuring a literary smack-down between William Shakespeare and Jane Austen, plus a quirky choral soundtrack, Hecate create an eerie post-apocalyptic world in which the grotesque “frogs” tell their story as an ensemble cast of five females.

Following on from its 110th anniversary celebrations, this Easter Exeter Musical Society begins a new era with the ‘divine musical comedy’ Sister Act.

Based on its namesake 1992 movie, Sister Act tells the story of Deloris Van Cartier, an aspiring disco diva trying to make her way to the top in 1970’s Philadelphia.

Deloris falls in love with Curtis Shank, a gangster. However, when she sees him commit a murder, the police put her in a witness protection scheme and send her to a convent.
