Entries are now open for the 2020 Michelmores Property Awards, which celebrate excellence within the South West's property and construction industry.

The Michelmores Property Awards are now in their 18th year and showcase the very best commercial and residential projects from the previous 12-months.

Stagecoach South West have released their Christmas and New Year bus schedule detailing services over the holiday season.

To coincide with the start of late night shopping in Exeter, Stagecoach South West will be offering a '5 for a fiver' ticket, allowing five people to enjoy return travel on the Honiton Road Park and Ride for just £5 on Thursdays. Services will run from Exeter city centre to the Park and Ride until midnight, enabling people to make the most of the festive fun on offer in the city centre.

A multi-million pound bid to revolutionise digital, engineering and manufacturing technology education across the South West has been successful, it has been announced.

Devon's rowers finish Atlantic challenge to build plastic-free legacy

Row for the Ocean has completed the world's toughest row to raise awareness of ocean plastic pollution for South West charity Surfers Against Sewage.

The four-woman team, three of whom belong to Exeter Rowing Club, were the first all-female crew to reach the finish line of the 2018/19 Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge.

England’s independent regulator of health care services the Care Quality Commission (CQC), has rated South Western Ambulance Service (NHS) Foundation Trust (SWASFT) as ‘Good’ in their latest inspection and ‘Outstanding’ for being ‘Caring’. In glorious weather, young people from across Devon and Cornwall shone brightest at the South West Rotary Youth Games at Dawlish on Saturday 7 July.

Around 800 participants aged 8-18 represented their local area across 13 sports at the South Devon venue whilst hundreds of other families enjoyed a packed day of activities including food stalls, fun runs, archery, dodgeball, swimming and local bands all brought to a brilliant climax by watching England on the giant screen qualify for the World Cup semi-finals.
