Police are appealing for the public’s help to find a missing Taunton man who may be in the Devon and Cornwall area. William Douglas, 52, has not been seen since 7am on Wednesday 1 October when he left for work, which he did not attend.

He was reported missing to police who have been conducting enquiries to locate him. William is described as white, 5ft 11ins tall, with grey hair and a Scottish accent. He was last seen wearing jeans, a grey zip-up coat and glasses. It is possible William may be in the Devon and Cornwall area and that he may be travelling in his 2012 registered grey...

Police are appealing for information to help locate a missing Paignton man.

Jonathan Lathey was reported missing from his home in Paignton just before 8am this morning, Friday 19 September.

He is regarded as vulnerable and police are becoming concerned for his welfare.

Jonathan is described as being 32, a white man, 5 ft 11in high with black hair in a pony tail.

If you see Jonathan or have any information regarding his whereabouts please contact police on 101 quoting police reference 156 190914.

Thames Valley Police is appealing for information to locate a missing man from Reading who may be in Devon and Cornwall. Balazs Biro, aged 32, was last seen in Corwen Road, Tilehurst, at about midday on Sunday 7 September. Balazs is white, with short light brown hair and 5ft 10ins. When he was last seen, he was wearing blue jeans, a grey or blue T-shirt and red and white Nike trainers. Balazs has access to a red Nissan Micra. Thames Valley Police believe that Balazs might be in Bournemouth, Dorset, or the Devon and Cornwall area. If you have any information regarding Balazs’ whereabouts...

Missing teeanger Michaela Paige Cheesman was located by police in St Agnes, Cornwall yesterday (3 August).

Police are appealing for help to trace a missing 17-year-old female from Gloucestershire who may be in Devon or Cornwall.

Michaela Paige Cheesman was reported missing from her home in Cirencester, Gloucestershire, at around 6.30am yesterday (1 August) and there is concern for her safety.

It is believed she left sometime during the night....

Police searching for missing Honiton man, Damian Hart, have found a body near Feniton.

The body was found in a rural outbuilding near Feniton at around 10:40am on Tuesday (April 8).

Police are not treating the death as suspicious and a file is being prepared on behalf of HM Cornoner.

Mr Hart, 38, was reported missing by a family member on Saturday afternoon after going out to a local pub in Feniton at around 8pm on the Friday night.

Police had been growing increasingly concerned for his welfare after an extensive search of the area had proven unsucessfull...

Police are becoming increasingly concerned as to the welfare and whereabouts of a man who has been missing from the Honiton area since April 4. Damian Hart, aged 38, is from the Feniton area of Honiton and is described as being 6' 2" tall, of medium to large build with short, dark brown hair and tatoos on both arms. He normally has stubble growth. He was reported missing by a family member on Saturday afternoon after going out to a local pub in Feniton at around 8pm on the Friday night. Body found in search for missing man

A body has been found by search teams looking for missing Plymouth man Martin Hough.

The body was discovered by officers at midday near Burrator Reservoir. Officers, members of the Dartmoor Rescue Group and the police helicopter were in the area since Martin Hough, 53, was reported missing to police on Sunday at around 7.15pm. He was last seen at about 9.45am that morning at an address in Rocky Park Road, wearing jeans and a blue/black check shirt and black boots. The death is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared on behalf of the coroner.

Update 22:00 11/3/14 - After missing for over 30 hours missing teenager for safe and well

A 14-year-old girl who went missing from her Exmouth home on Monday morning has been found safe and well. Police have been carrying extensive searches for Harriet Melbourne who left for school on Monday but did not arrive. Harriet was located safe and well in Penzance this evening. Police would like to thank the public for their assistance in this matter.

Inquest to be held as Harry Martin is formally identified

The body recovered from the sea last Saturday (11 January) has been formally identified as the missing teenager Harry Martin today (16 January).

A formal inquest into the death of Mr Martin, who went missing from his home in Newton Ferrers during the height of the recent storms, is due to begin next Monday (20 January).

The 18-year-old’s body was found in Carswell Bay in the Noss Mayo area by friends who were aiding in the search effort using sea kayaks.

Police are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of Marc JONES who has been reported missing from his home address in the Teignmouth area. Marc is a 30 year old white male around 5’7” tall of broad build with short unkempt dark hair and a Scottish accent.
