AN EXETER home care provider is stepping up its support for a charity campaign for people each lunchtime to open their windows and shout ‘hello’ to their neighbours (June 2020).

A SOUTH Devon care provider is praising unpaid carers this month who have been looking after vulnerable and elderly loved ones during the lockdown (June 2020).

Devon school staff on duty over Easter holidays to support key workers

Teachers and staff in nearly 170 Devon schools are working over the Easter holidays to provide care and support for the children of key workers.

The Government ordered schools across the country to close their doors a week early for Easter because of the coronavirus crisis but asked staff to remain open for the children of key workers such as NHS staff, care workers, delivery drivers and those in the food industry.

PEOPLE living in south Devon who suffer from dementia can receive care at home thanks to a specialist training scheme being run by a care provider in the area (June 2019).

Local housebuilder Barratt Homes has received the maximum 5 star rating in the new Home Builders Federation (HBF) annual New Homes Survey.

Thieves steal Devon woman's home

Police are urgently seeking information following the theft of a home in Willand, near Cullompton.

The incident happened between 6pm on Wednesday 22 November and 6am on Thursday 23 November 2017 at The Yard on Willand Road, Cullompton.

Thieves entered a yard and loaded the 40ft static caravan on to a flat trailer and removed it from the yard.
