Farmers have expressed concern about the unknown implications of Britain leaving the European Union, according to a new survey by experts at the University of Exeter.

Police are appealing for witnesses following an unprovoked assault in Sidwell Street, Exeter.
At around 9.55pm on Wednesday 1st June, a 36-year-old local man was walking past the Monkey Suit pub on Sidwell Street when a man ran past him, punching him to the left side of his face.
The victim did not require medical treatment but was shaken by the incident.
