They are actively looking for Gary Ward, 32 years old, from Torquay who is wanted for recall to prison after breaching his prison licence conditions. Ward is described as a white male, 32 years of age, 5’ 9” or slim build with short black hair. Ward, who was convicted of Causing Death by Dangerous Driving, is believed to be in the Exeter area.
