Launched by Sir Andrew Motion in 2012, it is an educational initiative of the Poetry Archive in partnership with The Full English. It has gone from strength to strength and is now in its fourth year.
Students aged 14-18 across England will recite a pre-1914 poem and a First World War or post-1914 poem to become our regional winner, and compete in the national finals in Cambridge in March 2016. Come and support your local students!
