Cartridges Law are sponsoring the Exeter Half Marathon 2016 organised by Exeter City FC's Football in the Community, the run is a great three lap traffic free, pancake flat, half marathon run on the footpaths and cycle tracks around the River Exe and Exeter Canal.

A spectacular dancing dragon, a stunning firework display and traditional Chinese crafts, food and games will all feature when the University of Exeter invites everyone to join in a celebration of Chinese New Year.

Appeal following daytime burlgary in Exmouth

Police are investigating after a burglar struck at an Exmouth house while the occupants were at home.

The offender walked in through the front door of the property in New North Road on Thursday 4th February, while the family was upstairs and stole a handbag.

The blue denim Kipling bag contained a distinctive apple green coloured Ted Baker purse which has a faint scratch on the front. As well as cards and cash, the bag contained an umbrella and a set of keys.

Council considers initiative to help make Exeter less wasteful

The Green Party in Exeter has welcomed Exeter City Council’s response to their proposals to set up a ‘Food Waste Roundtable’ to take action on reducing the city’s vast quantity of food waste.

Food waste makes up 36% of ‘black bin’ waste in Exeter and ends up in the incinerator at Marsh Barton.

The Green Party has long campaigned for Exeter to have separate food waste collections, like other areas in Devon, so that this waste stream is removed from ‘black bin’ waste and treated differently.

Exeter City Supporters Trust's next Fans Forum is taking place in the Apple Suite at St James Park on Thursday 11th February at 7pm.

Joining the forum for the evening will be City stars (and new Trust members), David Wheeler, Ryan Harley, Will Hoskins and Jamie McAllister.
