Devon public health bosses are helping to raise awareness of some simple ways to tackle sleep problems, to mark international World Sleep Day (Friday March 18).

Otter Nurseries has donated special seeds of remembrance to be given to participants in the 2016 Ladies Twilight Walk in aid of Hospiscare.
1,000 packets of forget-me-not seeds will be handed out at the end of the walk, enough for everyone expected to take part.
