Cumberland Grange donates Easter eggs to charity and the children's ward

Staff and residents at Barchester’s Cumberland Grange care home, in Exeter, wanted to do something special for children less fortunate this Easter. They, together with the community and resident’s family members came together to donate lots of Easter Eggs for Action for Children and the Bramble Ward at the RD&E Hospital.

Easter for many is a fun filled time, with various activities, and often lots of chocolate! However, not every child will have that opportunity so Cumberland Grange wanted to help make Easter more special for a number of children here in Exeter.

Freemasons are donating 20,000 Easter eggs to thousands of children, care homes, hospitals and food banks across England, Wales, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. Freemasons have been rolling up their sleeves and distributing Easter eggs across the country once again this year. The donations are helping children and families in most UK cities. The employees from Adopstar’s decided to support CLIC Sargent a little differently this Easter, and have very kindly donated over 600 Easter eggs to the children CLIC Sargent support across the South West.

The Virgin Money Exeter Store is collecting Easter Eggs on behalf of the Exeter Foodbank and Age UK.

Motorcycle Easter egg run to Children's Hospice South West

Exeter MAG have organised a charity Easter egg run to Little Bridge House in Barnstaple. This is a children's hospice centre, and we are heading there to donate Eater eggs.

Bikers are asked to meet at Exeter services at 10.30 on Sunday 20 April with chocolate eggs. There will be a car going to take the eggs in so you don't have to strap them to yourselves!
