People heading to Radio 1's Big Weekend at Powderham Castle experienced long delays following a serious two-vehicle collision near Matford roundabout in Exeter.
Police, ambulance, and the Devon Air Ambulance were called at 11.30am today (Sunday) following the collision between a car and a motorcycle on the A379 at Sannerville Way.
The motorcyclist sustained serious injuries and was airlifted to Derriford Hospital by the air ambulance.

Michael Coldrick, aged 28 and from Dawlish, was last seen in Dawlish town centre at around 1.45pm on Friday 27 May.
Michael also has links to the St Austell area.
He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and grey tracksuit bottoms. He is white, around 6ft tall, with dark short hair, a full beard, of stocky build and wears glasses. He may also be wearing a grey hoody with the Animal logo on it.

AN East Devon caravan and camping park has received a major boost with an investment of more than half a million pounds.
And the Franks family, who own Oakdown Holiday Park, near Sidmouth, have plans for further improvements and development in the coming months.
The investment includes the addition of 10 new holiday units at the park, which overlooks the East Devon countryside. These luxurious units are let on a weekly basis - with many guests, some the third or fourth generation of the same family, returning annually.
