Unbelievably, this will be our 10th annual beer festival and it gets bigger and better every year.
This year we've got 22 real ales on offer (as well as a couple of ciders and a ginger beer), a fantastic line-up of live music all day and of course some tasty hot and cold food to soak it all up. Yeoford is on the Exeter-Barnstaple train line ((only 20 mins from St. David's), so there's no need for anyone to drive and everyone can join in the fun.
It's only £3 entry, which includes a souvenir glass and all proceeds go towards the Yeoford Community Association.

We all have a dream engagement ring; that ring we just happen to find ourselves looking at on the internet every day. So, entrusting our partners to pick out that perfect engagement ring is pretty nerve-wracking experience. Although the men are choosing the ring as a promise of commitment to their partners, it is the women that have to have to wear that ring for the rest of their lives.
77 Diamonds presents “The Perfect Match”, an experiment designed to test couples to see how well they know each other, and how well they know their partner's taste in jewellery.

Bridge Road in Exeter will be reduced to one lane tonight (Thursday 9 February) with temporary traffic lights in place overnight from 11pm to 5am.
The lane closure is needed while work is carried out on the new streetlights on the downstream side of Countess Wear Bridge which may need to have ‘shields’ fitted to the back of them, to ensure that the light they provide is limited to the highway and does not cause light pollution to the river and the outside of the bridge. Bats roosting within the bridge structure are currently hibernating and, as a legally protected species, their...
