An Exeter based folk duo Hidden Coves, brought a touch of magic and melody to the opening of this year’s Devon County Show, serenading the cattle with a specially composed lullaby as they bedded down for their first night in the cattle barn on Wednesday 20th May.

An Exeter-based housebuilder has transferred the initial tranche of Affordable properties to a local housing association at one of its sites in the city.

Persimmon Homes South West built the properties for local people under its Westbury Partnerships brand. Half of the 40 properties have already been constructed and handed over to LiveWest, with the second half to follow later this summer.
