On 16th July staff and residents at Cumberland Grange care home in Exeter dusted off their dancing shoes for the launch of their new Dementia Disco initiative.

Knowing how much their residents love to dance, the activities team at Cumberland Grange care home came up with the genius idea of a dementia-friendly disco. The team invited along members of the local community and friends of the home to the first official dementia-friendly disco which went down an absolute storm.

Building on their success, the home has decided to make it a regular thing and will now be hosting...

Rugby teams across the UK are being given the exciting opportunity to win a brand-new Canterbury rugby kit for their squad, thanks to Howden Insurance’s #ShowUsYourTeamPride competition.

Seventeen young carers from across Devon have enjoyed a well-deserved break from their caring responsibilities at the largest festival in the world dedicated to young people with unpaid caring roles.

It’s the 25th year that Devon Young Carers has attended the Young Carers Festival at YMCA Fairthorne Manor at Botley in Hampshire. USA Eagles’ most capped player Hope Rogers has signed a new contract with Exeter Chiefs Women to keep her at Sandy Park.
