Emergency services called to car accident on M5

Appliances from Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue service were called to an accident on the M5 today ( Saturday 1st Febuary).

The incident, which took place on the M5 Junction 29 to A30, occured at 10.50am

Fire appliances from Middlemoor and Exmouth attended.

On arrival, crews confirmed a road traffic collision involving two vehicles with all persons free and clear of the vehicles.

Crews made the scene and vehicles safe.

Exeter is behind Jack Nowell as he represents the city in his England debut this afternoon.

'Miss You Machine' Charity Single Launch featuring Adam Isaac

On 21 December 2013 a team of young musicians gathered in London to record a charity single which will raise funds for Jack, a little boy who spent his first Christmas without his dad, Fusilier Lee Rigby, who was tragically murdered outside Woolwich Barracks on 22 May 2013.

The team, lead by Outside the Box charity events promoter, Gary Gardner and producer Richard Digby Smith features some of the most talented young musicians in the UK. They collaborated over 24 hours to record the song ‘Miss You Machine’.

Gong Xi Fa Chi from the Exeter Daily as celebrations for Chinese new year 2014 get underway. The 15 day Spring Festival, this year marks the beginning of the Year of the Horse, the seventh animal of the Chinese zodiac. Legend goes that horses used to have wings and could fly, swim and run equally fast.
