Dawlish Against Plastic met the team from Absolute PR and Marketing for a beach clean on Dawlish Warren last month (24th August).
An impressive total of 11.38kg of non-recyclable waste and 0.58kg of recyclable material was collected, as well as reusable beach buckets and spades which were found abandoned on the beach. These were placed in Teignbridge District Council’s new beach toy library, which is on the sea wall near the RNLI station, for others to use.
