When I put on the first OneLion event 5 years ago on a Thursday night in Tiverton I had no idea the musical journey I was embarking on. Over the years we have had the pleasure of putting on shows featuring some of my favourite artists from across the UK and now the time has come for our biggest show to date!!

Ryan Curtis: Procession

Procession is a new moving image artwork by Plymouth based artist Ryan Curtis that makes reference to monumental architecture and religious ceremony. Curtis explores how our perception of a physical object can be augmented through its passage through space, combining video and sculptural elements within the gallery space.

Procession was produced through the 2014 Exeter Phoenix Artist’s Moving Image Commission.

Warning to festive party bookers

People planning a Christmas party are being urged to look before they book ahead of this year’s festivities.

Exeter City Council working in partnership with the Food Standards Agency, is urging people to check the restaurant, pub or cafe’s food hygiene ratings before making a booking.
