Global firm opens new European HQ in Exeter

BPA Quality, a global company with offices in the UK and the USA, has opened a new European HQ in Exeter.

The company, a leading provider of Customer Contact Quality Monitoring, works with global organisations from a variety of sectors including transport, technology and telecommunications.

The UK operation previously consisted of a two separate offices and the company was keen to bring their 135 multi-lingual employees together under one roof.

Stamp price rises at end of month

The Royal Mail is reminding people that, from the 30th March, the price of first and second class postage stamps will increase by 1p each. This means first class postage stamps will be 63p and second class postage stamps will be 54p. As part of these changes, there is also an implication to the cost of sending a large letter first class from previous levels meaning these too will increase from 93p to 95p and from 73p to 74p if sent second class.
