Brightside Exeter has just had its first birthday. To celebrate this milestone, the Brightside team threw a party at the site (on Saturday 24th February), located on the A38 at Haldon Hill, to thank the local community for all the support they have shown them over the past 12 months and to launch a new and exciting charity initiative – Brightside Local Heroes.

Dr John Martin has been appointed as the Chief Executive at the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust.

John joined the Trust at the end of December last year as interim Chief Executive on secondment from the London Ambulance Service where he held the positions of Chief Paramedic Officer and Deputy Chief Executive.
