Friday 19th May will see a landmark change to the vaping industry in the UK. The Tobacco Products Directive (TPD), enforced by EU and affecting the whole of the European Union, is due to come into forces.
Suppliers will need to comply to the regulation changes or potentially face up to 24 months in prison.
The main changes highlighted by the UK’s version of the programme, the Tobacco & Related Products Regulations (TRPR), include:
Vape tanks larger than 2ml will no longer be permitted
eLiquid bottles with a capacity over 10ml cannot be sold
