Leading chartered accountants and business advisers PKF Francis Clark have announced that they are relocating their Exeter operation to larger premises in November.

160 staff members will move to Peninsula Business Park, Exeter, just a stone’s throw from the firm’s current premises at Vantage Point on Pynes Hill.  The new office building will be renamed from Argal House to Centenary House.

The move has been prompted by year on year growth for the UK Top 20 accountancy firm which now has 8 offices across the South and South West of England of which Exeter is the largest. In total the firm employs a team of 600 people and 59 partners, 14 of which will be based at the new Exeter office. The new office building will be renamed from Argal House to Centenary House.

PKF Francis Clark will enjoy sole occupancy at the new building comprising 18,000 sq ft of space over two floors almost double the area currently occupied at Vantage Point. .

PKF Francis Clark’s managing partner, Andrew Richards commented: “As a firm, we have grown exponentially in recent years with a number of significant mergers as well as joining the PKF International Network of professional firms and this has been reflected in rising staff numbers, new clients of all sizes and increased turnover.

“Simply put, we have outgrown our current office in Exeter and need bigger premises to manage the levels of work and to accommodate future expansion.”
