Joby Talbot’s Path of Miracles was the first major work commissioned by the award-winning professional vocal ensemble, Tenebrae, in 2005 and having received high acclaim (“an evocative odyssey” – The Times) returns this year for an extensive UK tour alongside choral favourites such as Stanford's 'The Blue Bird' and works by EElgar and Tavener.
To accompany its revival, Tenebrae has commissioned a unique new choral work by Owain Park, Footsteps, which allows Tenebrae to perform alongside Antiphon and marks Tenebrae’s fifteenth-anniversary season.
Following a phenomenal set at Download Festival and the release of their top 40 album 'The Optimist' Anathema will play Exeter next month on 29th Sept at the Phoenix.

An important milestone has been reached with the signing of a Development Agreement between East Devon District Council and sustainable property company, Grenadier Estates, which will see the creation of a locally focused watersports centre on Exmouth seafront.

Exeter School Sixth Former Phoebe Campbell has taken fourth place in the World Rowing Junior Championships.
The Upper Sixth Former represented the GB Rowing Team at the 2017 World Rowing Junior Championships held in Trakai, Lithuania in August. The crew trained together at Pangbourne and Caversham before flying out to Lithuania three days before the competition. A record entry of 742 rowers in 258 boats from 59 countries was received for this year's 13-event competition.
