Exeter finds funds to revamp run-down leisure centre

Money paid by developers building homes in and around Exeter could be used to fund a £6million refurbishment of a run-down leisure centre in the city’s most deprived area.

To mark National Puppy Day (23rd March), the annual celebration of the unconditional love and joy that puppies bring into our lives, Guide Dogs is sharing puppy love and searching for more volunteers across South and Mid Devon.

Unlike pet puppies, guide dog pups are brought up to be given the skills and experience they need to succeed as life-changing guide dogs, supporting people with sight loss.

Exeter awarded £20m Pride in Place funding for neighbourhoods

Exeter is celebrating after being awarded £20 million Pride in Place funding to strengthen neighbourhoods within the city.
