UK Festival of Hockey success

Three Exeter School boys played in the UK Festival of Hockey, coming second in the tournament - and two were selected to represent the UK.

Fourth Form boys Ben Crocker, Will Sliver and Bill Taylor represented the U13 West of England hockey team, the West Panthers.

Ten teams entered including North West, South Midlands, West Scotland Lions, West Scotland Cubs, Wales, Annandale (Ireland), British Asians, North East, and South Saxons.

The West Panthers came runners up, losing to the North East in the final.

Following their performances, Ben and Will have selected to represent the UK Lions U13 - a national side for under 13s.

The boys’ performances continue to emphasise the school's strong sporting credentials.
