Wendy’s Drive-Thru to open in Exeter

Wendy’s®, the iconic global quick-service restaurant brand, will be available to more consumers in the South West via a new restaurant featuring a drive-thru at Alphington Retail Park, Exeter. The new location is scheduled to open in early 2026 and will be in the converted former Chiquito’s unit.

The Exeter restaurant follows the success of Wendy’s South West debut at Drake Circus Shopping Centre in Plymouth earlier this year, which quickly became a popular dining destination. Together, these openings represent the growing footprint of Khidmat Ltd, Wendy’s franchise partner that’s bringing the brand’s fresh, craveable food to the South West.

The Alphington drive-thru will serve Wendy’s full menu, including its famous square burgers, chicken sandwiches, freshly prepared salads, and the iconic Frosty® dessert — all delivered with speed and quality.
