RGB's tea parties raise over £2,700

RGB Building Supplies raised a fantastic £2,799.03 for Marie Curie Cancer Care by holding Blooming Great Tea Parties at their branches.

Customers were able to purchase tea and cakes throughout the day with all proceeds going to the charity.  There were also breakfast options for the early starters.

RGB staff also washed windscreens in return for a small donation to boost the fundraising total.

Jenny, Naylor, HR Manager at RGB Building Supplies, said: “We’re delighted to have been able to raise this amount of money.

"The charity means a great deal to a lot of people at RGB and we would like to thank all our customers who supported the day and everyone who baked cakes for us to sell.”
