Diverse range of university offers for Exeter School pupils

Exeter School is celebrating a pleasing selection of offers across a broad spectrum of universities respected for their teaching and research work.

Headmaster Bob Griffin said he was delighted at the breadth of offers made to Upper Sixth pupils aiming to study a range of exciting subjects, within the Arts and Sciences, at diverse universities.

He praised the work of his House and university staff in preparing our young people for these applications.

Ben Abrahams has an offer to read Accounting and Finance at Durham University and Tom Aldridge to read Financial Mathematics at Nottingham. Katarina Berggren has a Marine Biology offer and Ben Cain an offer for International Relations, both at Exeter University.

Amy Dixie plans to study Psychology and Romi Keliher English and Philosophy at Bristol. Jenny McDowell plans on reading Ancient History at Bristol University after a gap year. Matt Francis has multiple offers to read Music.

Jamie Khan has received an offer to read Social Sciences at Durham University and Will Piercey to read Sociology at the University of Leeds.
Meredith Marsh plans to read Geography at Birmingham University.

Hattie Milner has a Politics offer and Mollie Tettenborn a Mathematics with Art offer, both at Edinburgh University.

Emily Rix is set on Rural Land Management and Tilly Thomas Real Estate.

Future engineers Will Partridge and Ben Smith have offers to read Electronic Engineering and Aerospace Engineering respectively.

Eleven pupils have been offered places at Medical School, or to read Veterinary Science for September 2018.
