Match report: Exeter City 1 Luton Town 1

Exeter City came from behind to earn a 1-1 draw against top-of-the-league Luton Town at St James Park.

It was no less than Exeter deserved from a performance which saw the home side control a bulk of the possession and create most of the chances, but it was always going to need a gutsy performance as the Hatters took an early lead.

It was Scott Griffiths that rose highest after just three minutes to head in a corner, leaving Exeter trailing at the break.
