SW Regional Athletics Championships come to Exeter

Over 60 athletes from clubs and schools across the region will take part in the Typhoo South West regional athletics event at the Exeter Arena on Thursday 19th May 2016.

Typhoo and national charity the English Federation of Disability Sport (EFDS) have teamed up to ensure more disabled athletes have access to participation opportunities across England.

Exeter City Supporters Trust welcomes lottery funding for history project

The Exeter City Supporters Trust has welcomed a massive boost to its plans for celebrating the history of St James Park, home of Exeter City Football Club since the early 20th century.

A bid to document, preserve and share the history of the ground, submitted by the University of Exeter working in partnership with the Trust’s History Group, has been successful in attracting grants of £29,100 with the main contribution coming from the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF).

Exmouth: The organisers of the Edge Race Cup, a high-profile kitesurfing competition held annually in Exmouth, believe the event could add a positive boost to hopes of the sport being included in the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo.

EXETER CITY's 2015/16 ended in disappointment Luton Town took a comfortable 4-1 win at Kenilworth Road.
