Live music fans are set for another celebration of amazing entertainment in the Devon countryside as TK Maxx presents Live At Powderham confirms its return for 2026.

Following its debut outing at the historic country estate this July, which saw headline performances from Duran Duran and Basement Jaxx, Live Nation’s Cuffe and Taylor are now planning for a bigger and better event next summer with plans to unveil the first 2026 headliner in the coming weeks.

First Steps Day Nursery at RD&E rated 'outstanding' by Ofsted

The quality and standards of nursery education provided by First Steps Day Nursery at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital have been rated as outstanding by inspectors from Ofsted.

The Environment Agency wants views from residents of two Devon towns on proposed flood defences.

Drop-in sessions have been arranged for people in Bampton and Tiverton to see plans to reduce flood risk in their respective towns.

Sing for Fun Exeter is not a choir!

Early in 2007, the new St Sidwell's School, York Road, Exeter opened its doors and Forever Young were the first community group to use the new hall.

The days are now over when singers used to gather around a TV and read lyrics from the screen. Now, many people who come along also sing with formal choirs but like the informal Sing for Fun sessions. Meeting on a Monday, 7-9pm, singers choose from over 600 backing tracks and then sing around 30 songs as the words are projected on the wall.

Seaton Wetlands local nature reserve has an off-road mobility Tramper which is available to hire for those with limited mobility.

East Devon District Council's Countryside service, which runs Seaton Wetlands is asking members of the public to help come up with a name for the Tramper vehicle.
