When people think about dementia, they often think about memory loss, diagnosis, or the practical aspects of care.

What is spoken about far less is the emotional toll of trying to navigate support systems, whilst also coping with the reality of someone you care about living with dementia.

A church in Exeter which gives out Christmas Hampers of food to people in need, say they’ve received requests to help people earlier than EVER before running the project.

Exeter local Katie Derrick and her team at Right at Home Exeter & Exmouth embarked on a hair-raising charity skydive last week to raise money for Alzheimer’s Society.
