Nationwide and Dementia UK’s free face-to-face clinics are returning to Nationwide’s Torquay, Plymouth and Exmouth branches this February, offering specialist support in a safe, comfortable and private space for people to discuss any aspect of dementia.

The Core Sector Digital Training programme has been designed to support the key growth sectors of creative industries and clean growth as well as the region’s bedrock sectors of health and adult social care, hospitality and tourism.

Cumberland Grange care home, in Exeter was filled with flowers, cards and decorations in celebration of Valentine’s Day.

Staff and residents celebrated the day of love by throwing a Valentines party inviting along their family, friends and the community. Unique pilot programme reducing waiting list for spinal surgery in Devon

The NHS in Devon has reduced the number of patients waiting a long time for spinal surgery by nearly 80% between May 2023 and January 2024 by revolutionising the approach to caring for patients.

The number of patients in Devon waiting 78 weeks or more for spinal surgical treatment was 31 at the end of January 2024. This is 79% lower than May 2023 when that number stood at 131.

An exciting collaboration between an Exeter museum and University is helping to ensure the museum’s incredible collections are available for use by everyone.
