T announced for Lewis Capaldi's huge Devon shows

Singer-songwriter Tyler Ballgame is the latest act heading to Devon’s biggest music event this summer – as he opens the shows for Lewis Capaldi ’s double headlining weekend.

The American musician will set the ball rolling for global superstar Lewis Capaldi’s shows at TK Maxx presents Live At Powderham on Saturday June 27 and Sunday June 28 , ahead of previously announced special guest, Ivor Novello and BRIT Award winner Jacob Alon.

The weekend also features huge headline performances from Teddy Swims on Thursday June 25 and Alanis Morissette on Friday June 26.

St Luke’s and St James’ schools, both part of the Ted Wragg Trust, are working together to host a range of community events this summer.

The events are open to families of children at St Luke’s, St James’ and Whipton Barton Primary and are all free, places just need to be booked in advance!

Volunteers in Devon & Cornwall Police have been thanked by senior officers for giving so much of their own time to support Force colleagues and make a difference.

Celebrations have taken place in honour of Devon’s state-of-the-art centre for cat rehoming and welfare with famous faces visiting the site to mark its reopening.

Michelin-starred local chef Michael Caines MBE visited the Cats Protection Devon Cat Centre for a private tour with his partner and daughter before broadcaster Judi Spiers cut the ribbon to declare the centre officially open.

Exeter Cocktail Week organiser toasts a successful event

The second annual Exeter Cocktail Week concluded on Wednesday with resounding success, leaving attendees, organisers and bars alike thrilled with the week-long celebration of the city’s hospitality scene.
