Sentencing of Exeter man charged with sex offences due to take place next week

The court case against Tony Bradbury, 41, of Whitchurch Avenue, Exeter, who appeared at Exeter Crown Court this morning, has been adjourned with sentencing expected next week.

Bradbury pleaded guilty to offences of sexual contact with a child and attempted grooming. He arranged to meet a 13-year-old for sex after grooming her on the internet in Exeter on 12 December 2012.

Detective Inspector Simon Snell, Head of the Child Exploitation Unit, said: “We believe there may be other victims of Tony Bradbury and they may recognise him following this court case. We would encourage anyone else who may have been a victim of his to come forward.”
