Police in Tiverton need the public’s help to identify two men they would like to speak to in connection with commercial burglaries in the town.

Two businesses on Angel Hill were broken into in the early hours of Monday 15 June, sometime before 8am.

The offenders are believed to have entered the premises by forcing their way in through the side doors.

A large grey safe, with a black handle on the front, was removed by the offenders from inside the Yorkshire Building Society.

Naturally Green, the premises next door, was also broken into and electronic equipment including a Disto D810 measuring tool was stolen.

Police are keen to identify the men pictured with a wheelie bin on Bridge Street as they may be able to assist with enquiries.

Officers would also like to trace a blue car, also pictured, which was captured on CCTV in the Birchen Lane area of the town.

Anyone who recognises the men or the car, or has any information that could assist the investigation, is asked to email 101@devonandcornwall.pnn.police.uk or call 101, quoting reference CR/041933/15, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
