Princesshay will host its second jobs and skills fair this November, bringing local employers and jobseekers together, along with support and training services, to help local people into work.

From 10am – 4pm on Wednesday 1st November, a range of businesses will showcase vacancies on offer at Princesshay over the festive season. Over 30 stores and restaurants including Superdry, Starbucks, MAC, & Café Rouge in Princesshay are recruiting in advance of Christmas and the Recruit Princesshay team will be on hand to help match job seekers and available posts.

The fair will take place at the Princesshay Shopping Centre in Exeter. Jobseekers should bring an up-to-date CV so that they can register with Recruit Princesshay. Jobseekers will be able to register their interest in advance via the Princesshay website.

Launched in spring 2016 by The Crown Estate, which owns the shopping centre in partnership with TH Real Estate, Recruit Princesshay aims to match local candidates with vacancies at Princesshay shopping centre and elsewhere in the local area.

As well as introducing potential candidates to employers, Recruit Princesshay also offers a CV and surgery throughout the event for jobseekers as well as signing people up to their next workshop for interview tips.

Faheem Qureshi, Head of Employment Generation for The Crown Estate said: “We are delighted to be bringing the Recruit Princesshay jobs fair back to Exeter this Christmas, offering a fantastic opportunity for local people and businesses in Exeter to find work. The event has been a huge success for both businesses and local people in Exeter in the past and we look forward to continuing to build on this”.
