Police charge man for child sex offence in Sidmouth

Daniel John Pratley, 38, from Okehampton, has been charged with engaging in a sexual activity in the presence of a child and bailed to appear at Exeter Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 15 October.

The charge relates to an incident in Sidmouth on 8 April 2013.

Mr Pratley was arrested on Tuesday 24 September following a BBC Crimewatch appeal.
